What We Can Help With
We can clarify how to use the cropper, explain differences between online and print photo rules on our guides, fix broken links, and correct outdated size notes when official rules change. We cannot approve your passport or visa application, speak for a government office, or guarantee that an authority will accept your photo.
Before You Write
For size and background rules, start with the country page under Requirements and the related Guides. Many questions about 2×2 inch US photos, UK 35×45 mm prints, or home printing are already answered there. If something still looks unclear, tell us which country and whether you are applying online or by mail.
Response Time
We aim to read every message, but reply times vary. Urgent government deadlines are outside our control—always leave extra time for official processing and keep a backup photo that meets the published rules.
